Jonathan was born and raised in Conway, AR and grew up around the family business. After 10 years of working in the enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and business consulting industry in Philadelphia, he returns to Watson Homes with a wealth of knowledge in sales & marketing, and strong expertise in business development. He works alongside Kevin in daily operations and is focused on growing Watson Homes' business to a new level!

At the helm of Watson Homes, Kevin assists the team with design ideas, budgeting, and operational oversight. With his 40 years of experience, he ensures that clients, staff, realtors, and subcontractors are all on the same page so that every project goes as smoothly as possible. Client satisfaction has, and continues to be, his number one goal.

If you've worked with our team, you've most likely seen or interacted with Michelle at our office. Michelle wears a number of hats and has always approached every situation with a proactive attitude. Her ability to jump into solving problems with the end goal in mind makes her an integral part of our team!

Since 2021, Lauren has been on the Watson Homes team working with our clients from beginning to end on every project. Lauren is pivotal to ensuring that every interaction reflects the Watson Homes brand- warm, professional, and solution oriented. Lauren is also a licensed realtor with LPT Realty. Her positive attitude, high energy, and ability to adapt make her the difference in working with our team!

Since 2019, Ross has been the anchor and lead superintendent of the Watson Homes team. As a University of Arkansas engineering graduate, he combines expertise and a dedication to excellence in every job. His strong work ethic, job management skills, and extensive knowledge make him an invaluable resource, ensuring client support and engagement through every step.

With over 37 years of experience in accounting, Teresa handles all of Watson Home's AP/PR, payroll, and financial reports. Teresa is a true asset to us and our clients and vendors! She is one of the most knowledgeable and kind people you will ever interact with, and we are so thankful she is a part of our firm.
